Six unit types across the cluster. Bedroom range: 3 to 6, with the 6 bedroom noted as drawings only. The cluster plan legend and the floor plan sheets agree exactly.

How to read a DAMAC Lagoons unit code

Townhouse codes follow a consistent pattern. LTH, then the bedroom count, then a letter identifying the cluster, then E for an end unit or M for a middle unit. LTH-5H-E is a five bedroom end unit in Ibiza. LTH-4D-M is a four bedroom middle unit in Malta. LTH-4J-M is a four bedroom middle unit in Mykonos. LTH-4K-M is a four bedroom middle unit in Morocco.

Villa codes work differently. The trailing letter is still the cluster, but the middle segment is a product designation and not the bedroom count. LV-1000E and LV-1000K are the same roughly 25,000 sqft six bedroom villa product, built in Venice and in Morocco. LV-3B is a five bedroom villa in Costa Brava while LV-3C is a six bedroom villa in Nice, because the 3 refers to the product and not the bedrooms.

Portofino is the exception in the current set. Its DAMAC sheets use BL prefixed codes such as BL-3-M, BL-4-M, BL-5-E, BL-VD1 and BL-V75, rather than a trailing cluster letter on an LTH or LV stem.

Cluster letters confirmed so far: A Santorini, B Costa Brava, C Nice, D Malta, E Venice, G Monte Carlo, H Ibiza, J Mykonos, K Morocco. Santorini's LV3 and LV4 carry no cluster letter, which appears to be an exception in the earliest cluster. Portofino uses the BL prefix instead.

A note on the unit codes

In the LTH codes the numeral is the bedroom count. LTH-3A-M is a 3 bedroom, LTH-5A-E is a 5 bedroom. In the LV codes it is not. At Santorini both LV3 and LV4 are 6 bedroom villas. They differ in layout, not in bedroom count. The same LV3 label means a 6 bedroom villa at Nice and a 5 bedroom villa at Costa Brava. Townhouse codes follow LTH, then the bedroom count, then a cluster letter, then E for end or M for middle. Villa codes do not follow this pattern and the number in them is not the bedroom count, so always read the sheet title on a villa.

DAMAC's drawings include two 6 bedroom villa layouts, LV3 and LV4. Neither appears in the registered unit tables we hold for the two Santorini phases, so we publish the layouts without a unit count.

LTH-3A-M

LV4

6 bedroom villa

Plot sizes

Middle units for the 3, 4 and 5 bedroom layouts sit on a 1,550 sqft plot. End units on the LTH-5A-E layout sit on a 2,363 sqft plot.

Our observation from two sourced samples: three different built up areas, 2,017, 2,227 and 2,845 sqft, all sit on the same 1,550 sqft plot. The difference between them is internal layout and levels, not land. End units on the LTH-5A-E layout get a larger 2,363 sqft plot.

Why we do not split Santorini into villas and townhouses

The Dubai Land Department registry classifies some Santorini homes as villas and others as townhouses, but the two carry identical sizes at every bedroom count, and the unit level records show homes classified as villas sitting on townhouse layouts. DAMAC's own floor plan document labels the same unit a townhouse in the sheet title and a villa in the drawing callout. Because the distinction is not applied consistently in the source material, we publish Santorini by bedroom count and by layout code rather than by a villa and townhouse split that would not survive scrutiny. The layout codes are unambiguous and come straight from DAMAC's drawings. Checked 6 September 2026.

Is Santorini at DAMAC Lagoons still available?
Both phases are sold out and both were delivered in 2025. Santorini trades on the resale market. Developer stock is not available.
How many homes are there in Santorini?
845 across two phases. Santorini 1 has 457 homes and Santorini 2 has 388.
What unit types were built in Santorini?
Six layouts across 3 to 6 bedrooms. Four townhouse layouts at 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, including end and middle variants of the 5 bedroom, plus two 6 bedroom villa layouts, LV3 and LV4, which appear in DAMAC's drawings but not in the registered unit tables we hold.
When was Santorini handed over?
Santorini 1 completed on 30 May 2025, 60 days ahead of its 29 July 2025 target. Santorini 2 completed on 29 July 2025, on the target date. Construction on both phases started on 6 January 2022.
What was the Santorini payment plan?
5 percent immediate, a further 10 percent within one month, 51 percent across construction milestones running to 33 months, 4 percent on completion and 30 percent spread over 24 months after handover. Santorini is the only DAMAC Lagoons cluster in our records with a post handover plan.
What do Santorini homes actually sell for?
1,362 registered sale transactions have been recorded, at an all time median of AED 2.11 million. Over the last 12 months there were 58 registered sales at a median of AED 3.49 million and AED 1,325 per sqft, the highest rate of the clusters we hold records for.
