The Dubai Land Department registry records Ibiza as sold out, so developer stock is not available. It trades on the off plan resale market. The project has not completed.
How many homes are there in Ibiza?
836, in a single project with no phases. That makes it the largest individual project in DAMAC Lagoons among the clusters we hold records for.
When will Ibiza be handed over?
Ibiza has not completed. It is 74.86 percent built with expected completion on 30 June 2027, roughly 18 months after its 31 December 2025 target.
What did Ibiza homes launch at?
DAMAC's pricing sheet lists the four bedroom townhouse starting from AED 2.1 million and the five bedroom townhouse starting from AED 2.8 million. Against the registered sizes those work out at roughly AED 924 and AED 829 per sqft.
What is the Ibiza payment plan?
20 percent deposit, 60 percent across construction and 20 percent on completion. Eleven instalments run to 33 months from the sale date and three are tied to verified construction milestones at 70, 80 and 90 percent. There is no post handover plan and 4 percent DLD is payable in addition to the deposit.
What unit types were built in Ibiza?
Two townhouse layouts. LTH-4H-M, a four bedroom middle unit of 2,273 sqft over two levels, and LTH-5H-E, a five bedroom end unit of 3,377 sqft over three levels with a maid's room and an extra bedroom on the second floor.
