Morocco Prices at DAMAC Lagoons
DAMAC published Morocco launch prices, from AED 2.85 million for a four bedroom to AED 29.2 million for the LV-1000K villa.
These are DAMAC published launch prices from its own Morocco price sheet, marked indicative by DAMAC. They are not current asking prices.
A note on the unit codes
In the LTH codes the numeral is the bedroom count. LTH-4K-M is a 4 bedroom, LTH-5K-E is a 5 bedroom. In the LV codes it is not. LV-55K and LV-1000K are both 6 bedroom villas at very different prices and sizes. LV-75K is the 7 bedroom. Townhouse codes follow LTH, then the bedroom count, then a cluster letter, then E for end or M for middle. Villa codes do not follow this pattern and the number in them is not the bedroom count, so always read the sheet title on a villa.
