Both phases are recorded as sold out, so developer stock is not available. Nice trades on the resale market. Nice 1 was completed on 31 July 2026 and Nice 2 is still in construction.

1,003 across two phases. Nice 1 has 551 homes, being 509 townhouses and 42 villas. Nice 2 has 452 homes, being 434 townhouses and 18 villas.
What unit types were built in Nice?
Four types across 4 to 6 bedrooms. A 4 bedroom townhouse at 2,280 sqft, a 5 bedroom townhouse in end and middle variants running from 2,300 to 3,262 sqft across the two phases, and a 6 bedroom villa at 4,800 sqft.
When was Nice handed over?
Nice 1 completed on 31 July 2026, 12 months after the original target of 29 July 2025. Nice 2 is 83.88 percent built with expected completion on 31 July 2027, which is 24 months after the same target.
What was the Nice payment plan?
15 percent deposit, 35 percent during construction and 50 percent on completion, across 13 milestones running to 30 months from the date of sale. There was no post handover plan. Resale purchases do not follow this schedule.
